In the last 2-week period (July 1 - 14), 41 reports were generated in Beat 204. Of those, only one was reported in the area we patrol; however, the incident was related to credit card fraud and not an incident that occurred in the neighborhood.
I hope you all have a great week.

To Business AND Residential TENANTS, if your Assessment dramatically increases, your Landlord will likely raise the rent you are paying at the next soonest opportunity. Property Taxes are passed thru to the Tenants, sooner or later. Please inspect the current assessment notice. If there is a large increase in value, more than 10%, let your Landlord know IN WRITING of your request that they file an appeal for 2023.

Work on our sewage system continues throughout the neighborhood.
This particular contractor shows an exceptional work ethic. The way they clean up the site every evening and open up the road for traffic before they continue the following day after 9 am to minimize disruptions is a delightful surprise.
Do you like kids? Do you like Running? Do you like kids running?
Since 2019 Underwood Hills has had it's own volunteer run Kilometer Kids team, Underwood Hills Trackstars.
In preparation for the Summer 2023 season, interested adults are invited to become assistant coaches.
Free training and curriculum is provided by Atlanta Track Club.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more.
Kilometer Kids is Atlanta Track Club's oldest and largest youth running program. The free, game-based curriculum teaches kids in K-5th grade about goal setting, healthy habits, respect, and community building, all by exposing them to the sport of running. Over the course of the 10-week season, the goal for every Kilometer Kid is to run 13.1 or 26.2 miles (depending on how many practices they attend each week). There is no fee to participate, and the program is for all elementary students regardless of running ability or experience.
You can learn all about the program at https://www.atlantatrackclub.org/kilometerkids
