In the last 2-week period (July 1 - 14), 41 reports were generated in Beat 204. Of those, only one was reported in the area we patrol; however, the incident was related to credit card fraud and not an incident that occurred in the neighborhood.

To Business AND Residential TENANTS, if your Assessment dramatically increases, your Landlord will likely raise the rent you are paying at the next soonest opportunity. Property Taxes are passed thru to the Tenants, sooner or later.  Please inspect the current assessment notice. If there is a large increase in value, more than 10%,  let your Landlord know IN WRITING of your request that they file an appeal for 2023.
