Special Park Cleanup 9am Sat. Oct. 22

Parks & Rec are understaffed, underfunded and unable to keep up with cleanup and trimming so we're lending a hand!
This Saturday the aim is to tackle the weeds and overhanging tree limbs beside the lower playing field.
Should be able to recover about 12 feet wide strip on one side.
Please bring gloves, branch trimmers/loppers, saws, hedge trimmers, rakes if you have them.
Even if you have no tools there'll be plenty of trimmings to haul and stack.
Best to wear long sleeves & pant legs.
No poison ivy at this location that I'm aware of though the weeds include ragweed which can be an allergen for some, so dose up on Zyrtec if needed.
