Safety in the neighborhood is one of the major concerns and the stream of ‘bad news’ doesn’t seem to subside- even though the actual crime rates have been in constant decline for the last 20 years. Luckily, Underwood Hills is a pretty safe spot with low crime rates, and it shows: currently, most participants in the survey feel overall very safe in Underwood Hills with an overall score of 4 stars. Probably one of the reasons to feel safe is to participate in our Security Patrol program, where off-duty APD officers check on our neighborhood.  Comments are closed.
