I hope to see you there! ~Leah LaRue, Director, Neighborhood Planning Units Course Title: Plan A Virtual Training for Online Mapping and Survey Tools Date/Time: Monday, March 25, 6PM to 8PM Instructor: Nate Hoelzel and Katherine Hernandez, Department of City Planning Aaron Fortner, Canvas Planning Group Course Description: This training will focus on equipping community residents and leaders with the mapping and survey tools for updating the Land Use and Neighborhood Planning chapters to Plan A. Attendees will become more familiar with the online tools and will be encouraged to empower their neighbors and organization members to use the same tools and participate in upcoming Plan A Community Open Houses and Workshops. Training materials will require a strong familiarity with Atlanta's existing land use approach, including Atlanta City Design Growth and Conservation Areas, Plan A Character Areas and Future Land Use Designations, and Neighborhood Planning Unit (NPU) Comprehensive Development Plan Policies.
