From UHNA NPU-D Rep Ms Nason;
At the most recent NPU meeting a beer/wine license for a Dashmart at 1360 Seaboard Ind. as approved. It is primarily a delivery service for beverages and snacks. A beverage licence for 2nd Self Brewery was re-approved. A discussion was had whether to defer until October a high-density primarily residential development on Huff road. The Blandtown Association had voted against approving it however, the developer's representative was asking for a deferral instead in order to offer up a different proposal. Deferral won. I abstained. There were various kinds of things offered up by the city planner, most importantly, a zoning workshop. Info about all this is at atlzoning.com. The first meeting comes up next Tuesday. I intend to attend that meeting. "ATLANTA OPERATES WITH LEGACY ZONING. HELP US DEVELOP VERSION 2.0.
