![]() UHNA Security Patrol Chair Jamie Hargather and other concerned neighbors have been pushing for action on this long-problematic property on a prominent corner in Underwood Hills. Neighbors are urged to contact 911 and report any goings-on at the property, and advise that Code Enforcement is actively working this case. Inspections have been conducted and, since the property is now un-secured, it is eligible for the In Rem process. The case has been noted as Highly Hazardous. Persons found in the building can be arrested. A hearing is scheduled for 10am June 27 at Committee room 1 or 2 City Hall 55 Trinity Avenue. The hearing is public and attendees are able to testify. Given the short time available for comments, UHNA will have someone there to represent the community. The 911 call to the Police is the best action until more definitive action can be taken that will result in a lien. Queries regarding the Hearing can be directed to: Officer Lyles, Code Enforcement 404-623-4614 [email protected] Comments are closed.
