​Criminals using a large U-Haul dumped tires behind the Dunkin Donuts on Howell Mill Road after close of business Thursday night. Staff at nearby Express Oil Change estimate over 200 tires.
A resident noticed tires at the bottom of their garden around 9am and on investigating discovered tires strewn all the way to the Dunkin Donuts car park and drive thru.
Dunkin Donuts Duty Manager Brandy reviewed security video and identified the vehicle.
Atlanta Police Code Enforcement have been informed and are hopeful in apprehending the culprits.
