For over 100 years, Underwood Hills has been a great place to live and to do business. The people of Underwood Hills love their community. Our residents actively ask for and share recommendations and generally prefer to support local businesses. Our neighbors recognize the sponsors of the Underwood Hills Neighborhood Association (UHNA), and a sponsor can become top-of-mind in their category to Underwood Hills residents. A survey of our residents revealed that 92% said UHNA Sponsorship influences their buying decisions, and 93% said they would like to hear from our sponsors quarterly with promotions, information on the business or services provided and ownership and informational articles pertaining to the line of business.

To support connecting our residents with our local businesses, we have three levels of sponsorship available. All sponsorships are valid for the calendar year (January 1 – December 31) and may be prorated depending upon the start date.

Silver Sponsorship — $300
A landing page on the Underwood Hills website for your own promotion
Logo placement on the Underwood Hills homepage with a link to the landing page or your website
Logo placement in the eNewsletter with a link to your UHNA landing page or website.

Gold Sponsorship — $600
Gold sponsors receive all benefits of the Silver sponsorship levels PLUS:
A more prominent logo placement on the Underwood Hills homepage
More prominent logo placement with a link to your website in the eNewsletter
Verbal recognition at all UHNA Meetings
Categorized as a Gold Sponsor within the sponsor directory
Prominent logo placement on all printed brochures and printed newsletter mailings
Dedicated space/visibility at UHNA events (such as our annual Spring Social)

Platinum Sponsorship — $900
Gold sponsors receive all benefits of the Silver and Gold sponsorship levels PLUS:
Ability to be in the Sponsor Spotlight once a year in the quarterly mailed newsletter and/or eNewsletter
Access to Underwood Hills Facebook and Instagram to send promotions and engage with residents
Ability to send targeted promotions through the Welcome Committee
Categorized at a Platinum level within the sponsor directory

All sponsors will receive a welcome feature in the next available eNewsletter. Sponsors will be permitted to use the Underwood Hills logo* in their communications (brochures, website, etc.) to show their connection to the community. Sponsors are also encouraged to attend UHNA meetings and events to maximize their visibility and brand awareness with our neighbors and to build credibility and trust. Finally, sponsors are encouraged to use the web presence of Underwood Hills as part of their SEO strategy to build digital real estate.
