There are so many ways to communicate these days it's hard to know which ones to use. How did you first learn of the UHNA? Was is a chance meeting, or something published on social media? About 700 email addresses are subscribed to eNews, but less than 200 households are UHNA Members. (There are around 1800 households in Underwood Hills, plus various businesses.) Why is that? We'd love for more neighbors to be members to support what we do and promote active community engagement. UHNA receives no external funding and is 100% volunteer run. Monies from Members and Sponsors pay for the website, email, printing etc and activities such as Playgroup, Spring Social, public area maintenance and refreshments for volunteers. As we prepare for 2026 we're interested in how to most effectively use member's and sponsors funds. For the past few years UHNA has published a print newsletter in an effort to reach those not connect via email or social media. The cost of printing and USPS delivery has been the UHNA's biggest single expense, but we're not sure if that's the best way to use the funds. Should we continue? Completing our brief survey will help us decide. Comments are closed.
