​In the last 2-week period (June 28 - July 11),  30 incidents were reported in Beat 204.  Of those, 2 occurred in the area we patrol.

On June 30, 2025, at about 1:00 am, an e-bike was stolen from the porch of a residence on Ridgeway Avenue.  Video surveillance of the theft was provided by the victim.  The incident is under investigation by the APD Larceny Unit.  The patrol is aware and remains on the lookout for the e-bike and/or suspect.

On July 3, 2025, the rear window of a vehicle was damaged on Ridgeway Avenue near the park.  The reporting party believed it may have been caused by landscaping crew in the area.  Theft was not suspected.
