The promoters have hit the ground running for a development at 1135 Collier Rd, with promotions in AJC, Roughdraft and Urbanize, and gathering interest on social media. Labelled Upper West Market , it's being developed under an adaptive reuse permit granted in 2021. The developer, Ben Hautt (formerly with Stream Realty, now with Robles Partners) reached out to UHNA Planning Chair Ben Hudgins a few days ago and asked to present this project at the next UHNA general meeting in November (for information only. No vote is needed). They'll apply for an alcohol license in about a year.
