My name is Katherine Landergan, and I’m a reporter with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on the investigative team. We are looking into the issue of 9-1-1 wait times, and are reaching out to the neighborhood groups listed on the city’s website. I was wondering if anyone has encountered complaints with the city’s 9-1-1 system, specifically as it relates to people who are being placed on hold, and unable to get through to someone. If you have, and are willing to share, I’d greatly appreciate you getting in touch! Thank you Katherine Landergan Investigative Reporter Mobile: 978-228-5743. (You can also find me on Signal.) Secure: katherine.landergan@proton.me. Please mark your calendars for our first BCN meeting of the year. We will meet in the conference room beside the auditorium. I can set up a zoom link if you are unable to attend in person. Just let me know you want the link.
